STCU DED(USA) meets with Ms. Natia Jokhadze, Director of the Georgian National Science Foundation (GNSF)

On September 15, Vic Korsun, STCU Deputy Executive Director (USA) met with Ms. Natia Jokhadze, Director of the Georgian National Science Foundation (GNSF). Mr. Korsun and Ms. Jokhadze discussed a draft book of Georgian Technology Profile Forms submitted to STCU by Georgian institutes with Technology Commercialization Officers. They also discussed issues related to the types of technology transfer processes used in the United States and their possible application to Georgian scientific institutes.

The STCU, in its pursuit to assist former military scientists to discover new sources of peaceful and self-sustaining research employment; already has issued many Technology Profile Form brochures, featuring the S&T opportunities developed by STCU recipient scientists and institutes, in order to promote these recipients’ capabilities to the commercial market.
