Partner Event Preparation Session for CIDA Mission

Kiev. In the framework of the Partner Event Preparation Program the STCU held two training sessions for the scientists, participating in upcoming CIDA Mission on November 4 and 9. The sessions were intended to provide participants with training on presentation techniques, to develop skills on how to showcase their institutional capabilities as well as the strengths of their research groups, and to enhance their negotiation skills.

A total of 23 scientists representing the institutions to be visited by Canadian businessmen participated in the training sessions.

As a training follow up, the scientists developed a PowerPoint Presentation of their Technical Unit, Technology Profile Brochure and a Promotion Leaflet.

The training session was recorded and CDs were developed to extend the Training CD Library.
